Job summary

PACCAR, based in Louisville, KY, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the evening shift. The role focuses on maintaining production equipment, robotic cells, and automation systems to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Strong skills in electro-mechanical repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs are required. Candidates should have at least two years of related maintenance experience, an associate degree or better, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Two years of related industrial maintenance experience required.
High school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
Experience with electro-mechanical systems and robotics is essential.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and robotic cells.
Diagnose failures in electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Implement upgrades to improve safety, quality and delivery performance.
Train operators on safe setup and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Assist in designing and commissioning new machinery and automation.
Maintain tools and CMMS records; support continuous improvement initiatives.
Document activities accurately in CMMS and work with minimal supervision.
