US Aggregates is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance/Laborer to keep the plant running smoothly through daily upkeep, shoveling, sweeping, and equipment operation as needed. The role supports production, requires teamwork, and a strong reliability mindset.

Responsibilities include fueling and maintaining equipment, executing pre/post shift checks, and assisting in repairs. Safety adherence and accurate documentation are essential, with flexibility for days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math Understanding.

Responsabilités

• Service and maintain heavy equipment to keep the plant in production.
• Fuel, oil, grease equipment and follow safety manuals.
• Perform pre-shift and end-of-shift checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and perform repairs on mobile and stationary equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to the Plant Manager.
• Communicate equipment conditions and improvement ideas to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
