Job summary

Uline, a premier supplier of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our corporate facilities safe and comfortable. The role focuses on preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing, with on-site coordination alongside contractors to ensure compliance.

The position requires after-hours availability, weekend on-call coverage, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.
• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb and ballast replacement.
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and inspectors during maintenance, repair and compliance projects, providing on-site support and facility access.
