Regal Rexnord is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Morehead, KY. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, with responsibilities spanning mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

You will work onsite, ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, an associate degree in a related field, and strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and manipulate up to 55 lbs; work at heights as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and install industrial equipment and systems.
• Diagnose failures using schematics, drawings, and test instruments.
• Repair CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Set up diagnostic tools and calibrate test equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment histories in Fiix CMMS.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
