Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Mechanic to keep warehouse operations safe and efficient. This role maintains all facilities equipment, performs repairs and preventative maintenance, and supports daily production with reliable infrastructure.

You will perform electrical and plumbing tasks, basic carpentry and painting, lift heavy items, and ensure reports are complete at shift end. A high school diploma and 6 months of maintenance experience are required, with valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months maintenance/repair experience.
• Proficient computer skills and basic tech aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on equipment and facilities.
• Conduct daily safety checks and document reports.
• Maintain and repair electrical and plumbing systems as needed.
• Replace fixtures, assist with carpentry and painting tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine building inspections.
• Lift and move items up to 50-100 lbs.
