Job summary

Rich Products Corporation in Lodi, CA is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Operations team. You will operate one or more production machines, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the line.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of machine operator experience in manufacturing. Proficiency with basic computers (Excel/Word) and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of machine operator experience in manufacturing.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Word).
  • Self-motivated with initiative and good judgment.
  • Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, start up, disassemble, and safely operate production equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust for efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct routine inspections and address safety concerns.
  • Detect abnormalities and take corrective action.
  • Verify product specifications and quality standards.
  • Communicate issues or delays to supervisors.
  • Clean equipment and work areas during production and changeovers.
  • Participate in Lean/6S initiatives and sanitation activities.
