PACS Group is seeking a reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a part-time PM shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) in Salinas, CA. The role involves direct nursing care, medication administration, and support for residents based on care plans and physician orders.

Ideal candidates are flexible across weekdays and weekends, with prior long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred. BLS/CPR certification is required, and a competitive pay package plus bonuses are offered.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and PM shifts.

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.

• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Maintain accurate EMR records.
