Job summary

Twin Farms, a luxury adult-only resort in Vermont, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to our Forbes Five-Star standards. You will handle room make-ups, turndown service, turnovers, and daily tasks with a focus on presentation, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Shift is 3:00 pm–11:00 pm. The role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a professional, guest-ready demeanor in a serene, high-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation: inventory check and loading of supplies for the shift.
• Room make-up / turndown service: clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, restock amenities.
• Room turnovers: prepare rooms for guest check-in with fresh linens and cleaning.
• Common area upkeep: maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces.
• Laundry support: assist with linens and laundry as needed.
• Closet restocking: inventory and restock linens and amenities.
• Department space upkeep: maintain laundry, bathrooms, break rooms, and offices.
• Vehicle use: operate company vehicle and clear it of supplies.
• Efficiency and accuracy: complete tasks on time while maintaining standards.
• Reporting: observe and report maintenance issues or damage.
• Other duties as assigned.
