Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a capable registered nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in Georgia. The role emphasizes safe direct patient care, care coordination, and ongoing professional development through PNGC and quality initiatives.

New graduates may enter the RN Residency to grow toward more complex patient care. You will participate in unit councils, support patient safety and experience goals, and collaborate with care teams to improve outcomes.

Formación

• Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate Nursing Degree required.
• One year of experience as a professional RN; new graduate RNs or those with less than one year of experience will be referred to the RN Residency Program.
• New graduate RNs or those with less than one year of experience will be referred to the RN Residency Program.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrates nursing process and coordinates care for patients, documents care, and participates in safety and discharge planning.
• Interpersonal Skills: Educates patients and families and collaborates with the care team to ensure quality service.
• Critical Thinking: Prioritizes patient needs, applies evidence-based practice, and supports unit governance and safety initiatives.
