Centralus Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY. You will assist with assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients, collaborating with the care team.

The position is evenings (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) onsite, with every other weekend required, and offers a competitive hourly wage with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• Current NYS LPN License.
• CPR/BLS.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications and treatments under supervision.
• Monitors and records vital signs, reporting changes to the RN.
• Provides patient-centered care within scope of practice.
• Maintains clinical competency and coordinates care with the team.
