Casa de Ramana is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 3P-11PM shift in Framingham, MA. Per diem options with a wage grid of $36.00 to $48.50 per hour, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus prorated for part-time and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications include current unencumbered LPN license in the state, familiarity with electronic health records (PCC a plus), and the ability to coordinate care across the care team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic computer skills and electronic health records (PCC a plus).

Responsibilities

• Implement systems addressing each resident's needs with a broad knowledge base.
• Assess health care needs, diagnose, and transition to an interdisciplinary care plan.
• Communicate care plans to all providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Treat residents, staff, and facility with respect and confidentiality.
