American Senior Communities, LLC invites a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Countryside Meadows in Avon, IN for the full-time evening shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). You will provide compassionate geriatric nursing, perform assessments, and document resident changes.

Collaborating with nursing and facility teams, you will promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being, advocate for excellence in care, and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana LPN license.
• Ability to perform thorough assessments and document resident changes.
