Job summary

Countryside Meadows in Avon, Indiana is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. The role emphasizes building relationships with residents and delivering compassionate nursing care during both day and evening shifts.

You will perform assessments, medication management, and documentation, while collaborating with the care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
