Vivo Healthcare's Pinellas Park facility is seeking an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to residents and support the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or specialized training preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient status.
• Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the nursing team, and implement interventions as necessary.
• Assist with physical and occupational therapy treatments, as well as other rehabilitation activities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
