About the Role:

As an Evening LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks


• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team


• Perform routine tasks such as taking vital signs, collecting lab samples, and preparing patients for treatments and procedures


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatments, and medication administration

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
