Job summary

The Center at Blue Hills in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for all shifts. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support daily living activities for residents in a supportive, dynamic setting.

With a focus on teamwork and quality care, you will monitor residents, document responses, and participate in care planning with a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior long‑term care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
