Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with licensure.
• Current PA LPN or RN licensure required.
• CPR certification prior to or upon employment.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a safe, compassionate manner within scope of practice.
• Monitor resident condition, administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Document observations and assist with physician rounds and procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transport residents as needed.
• Participate in shift reports and ensure narcotics accountability.
