Garden Spot Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Personal Care on the evening shift. The role involves direct and indirect care, medication administration and supervision of Resident Assistants and Med Techs in Mountain View, PA.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to rotate shifts and weekends as scheduled.
• Strong organizational, initiative, judgment, dependability, and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional interaction with residents, families, physicians, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds to ensure policies are followed and residents are cared for.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and deaths as needed.
• Supervise and train Resident Assistants and Med Techs.
• Ensure medication administration and documentation are completed correctly.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect residents' privacy and rights.
