Job summary

Cayuga Health is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY. You will work evenings, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, onsite, supporting patient care under RN supervision.

The role requires NYS LPN licensure and CPR/BLS, with responsibilities including med administration, vital signs, documentation, and collaborative care with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• Current NYS LPN License.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under RN supervision and facility policies.
• Monitors and records vital signs and reports changes promptly to RN.
• Provides ethical, professional, patient-centered care within scope of practice.
• Maintains clinical competency through ongoing education and training.
• Documents thoroughly in EMR/Point Click Care and participates in team activities.
