Qualifikationen

• One year LPN experience preferred.
• Part-Time, Evening Shift: 6:00pm - 10:00pm.
• Sunday–Saturday schedule; flexible if applying for multiple positions.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record vital signs including BP, HR, and temperature.
• Assist with patient assessments and document changes in conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to infection control protocols.
• Educate patients about health conditions, treatment plans and self-care techniques.
• Document all patient encounters in medical records per policies.
