Missouri Department of Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the St. Charles Habilitation Center. The role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting care plans for residents with mental health and developmental disabilities.

The LPN will provide bedside care, observe patient conditions, and report changes while participating in rehabilitation and transfers. Missouri license required; salary reflects base pay with applicable adjustments.

Formación

• Provides bedside care including feeding, bathing, ambulation, and hygiene.
• Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure.
• Observes patients for deviations and reports signs of change.
• Performs advanced practical nursing duties as required.
• Keeps clear records and reports as needed.
