Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates seeks an experienced LPN/LVN to deliver comprehensive nursing care in our long-term care setting. Evening shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with willingness to float to other units as needed and strong clinical supervision of LNAs.

Nurse must have 3+ years in LPN/LVN roles, active IV, BLS, state license, and be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Local NH residents within 50 miles preferred; travel submittals are not eligible.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of current LPN/LVN experience (last 6 months).
• Active IV Certification.
• Active AHA BLS Certification.
• Willingness to float across facility units based on clinical experience.
• Active State LPN/LVN License (hand at submission).
• Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination (exemptions not accepted).
• Geographic eligibility: local candidates within 50 miles not eligible for travel submittal.
• Prior travel or rural facility experience is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform resident assessment and execute physician orders; provide nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments; manage computerized MARs/TARs; maintain controlled substances per rules.
• Supervise LNAs and coordinate unit operations; ensure infection control and safety standards.
• Provide specialized interventions: oxygen therapy, G/J feedings, wound care including VAC systems.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, discharges; coordinate therapy schedules and diagnostics.
