Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state board.
• IV therapy/management may be required per state regulations.
• Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team; ensure safety and quality.
