Job summary

JGS- Leavitt Family Jewish Home in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and follow physician orders within established care plans.

The full-time evening shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM) includes rotating weekends and holidays, with a supportive team, competitive hourly pay ($35.00 - $39.00 per hour) and comprehensive benefits geared toward resident safety and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• MA LPN licensure required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing prescribed treatments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and toileting.
• Monitor and document residents' clinical status, including changes in condition, wound care progress, intake/output, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and facility policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
