St. John's Lutheran Community in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide routine daily nursing care and support per resident care plans.
The LPN will assess residents, mentor CNAs and TMAs, collaborate with the Nurse Manager, and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity for elders in a nonprofit continuum of care. Evening and weekend shifts available with differential details.

Salary:$28.00 - $32.81 per hour
Expected Hours:8-24/week
Shift: 2:45pm-10:15pm

St. John's Lutheran Community is looking for a licensed practical nurse to join our team! We have a variety of opportunities both full time and part time on all shifts. We are offering a $4 shift differential for evenings and overnights, a $1 weekend differential for everyone, and time and a half on holidays worked!
The licensed practical nurse position provides each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, choices and care plan. The nurse completes resident’s assessments as directed by the Nurse Manager. Each nurse mentors and monitors T.M.A’s, C.N.A’s, and residents for their shift. The LPN works closely with the NM tor to manage the day-to-day functions.
The licensed practical nurse is required to have a current license to practice in the state of Minnesota and current CPR certification. Experience in gerontological nursing is preferred. Must possess excellent clinical skills and and understanding of the nursing process in order to monitor the nursing care delivered by the TMA and C.N.A. Must be able communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
