The Pavilion at Jacksonville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time night shift (11P-7A) in Jacksonville, OH. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs according to regulations and facility policies.

Requirements include a nursing degree, current LPN license, CPR certification, and IV certification if applicable. Prior long-term care experience is preferred. We offer competitive wages, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees day-to-day nursing activities by CNAs.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents.
• Transcribes physician orders and administers medications.
• Observes residents and reports changes to physician and family.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed by nursing staff.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and transportation.
