Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN program.
• Active state LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to facility policies and codes of conduct.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and administer medications.
• Take vital signs and document in TechCare.
• Provide wound care and monitor health conditions.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the EHR.
• Educate patients and plan discharges.
