Rochester Regional Health in Newark, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the DeMay Living Center’s long-term and post-acute care units. You will provide professional patient care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policy.

The role features an 40-hour work week, evening shifts (2pm–10pm) with every-other-weekend scheduling, and a signing bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• 1 Year Experience Preferred.
• Current licensure in the State of New York.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for timely, accurate medication administration of assigned team and concurrent required documentation.
• Directs CNA assigned to the team in the timely completion of quality individualized personal care in compliance with resident's individual care plans.
• Contacts physicians, transcribes orders and follows up with appropriate action to institute orders in timely manner.
