Rochester Regional Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) at DeMay Living Center in Newark, NY. The role oversees CNAs, administers medications, and maintains documentation for long-term and post-acute residents. Evening shift, 2pm–10pm, 40 hours per week, every other weekend.

Qualifications include NY LPN licensure and 1 year experience preferred; BLS certification is required. A generous signing bonus up to $15,000 applies with strong benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Current licensure in the State of New York.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional patient care to long-term and post-acute residents.
• Direct and monitor care provided by CNAs and ensure proper documentation.
• Lead CNAs and ensure timely, accurate medication administration and charting.
• Transcribe orders and follow up to institute orders promptly.
• Communicate with physicians and supervisors regarding resident status.
