Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license
• 1 year of LPN experience in community-based care preferred
• Must pass criminal background check
• LPN students meeting criteria may be considered

Responsibilities

• Follow physician orders and document patient data
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Take and record measurements (BP, temp, pulse, etc.)
• Monitor patients for medication effects and progress
• Administer injections and prescribed meds; wound care as needed
• Provide emotional support and communicate with family
