American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time evening shift (2pm-10pm) at Grey Stone Health & Rehab. You will provide compassionate geriatric nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to promote comfort and well-being.

Formación

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
