Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evening shifts (2p-10p) in a skilled nursing setting in Lisle, IL. You will provide licensed nursing care, administer medications, complete admissions and care plans, and participate in clinical documentation while maintaining resident confidentiality.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year of senior care experience, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented nursing with ability to coordinate care across disciplines.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Proficient in basic computer use and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents per guidelines.
• Administer medications in compliance with regulations.
• Complete admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Develop and monitor acute and long-term care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with physicians.
• Educate residents and staff on health-related topics.
• Discharge planning and clinical documentation as needed.
