Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Owatonna is seeking a compassionate LPN for evening shifts (2-10:30pm) in Owatonna, MN. This part-time role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care for residents.

You will perform initial data collection and contribute to care plans under RN guidance, applying Relationship Based Care principles. A current Practical Nurse license and English communication are required; clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.
