Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3PM-11PM evening shift in Assisted Living. Build trusted relationships with residents and work with a supportive nursing team to make a difference each shift.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team. Eligible applicants hold an Ohio LPN license and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain proper narcotic control and documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
• Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available for resident care.
