Job summary

Stonebridge in Dallas, TX is seeking a Lounge Host to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and support the bar lounge operations. This part-time, non-exempt role requires strong hospitality and keen attention to guest flow and service.

You will handle reservations, provide menus and promotions, assist with opening/closing duties, and collaborate with teammates during events, while preserving a neat, inviting lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bar and lounge operations (preferred).
• Strong customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills for reservations and seating.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with seating in the lounge bar area.
• Provide menus, communicate promotions and bar knowledge.
• Monitor lounge activity and manage guest flow.
• Use the reservation system to update seating charts.
• Perform opening/closing duties; clean and restock.
• Collaborate with team during events and peak times.
• Accept guest feedback and relay to manager.
• Maintain dress code and grooming standards.
