Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to support security and compliance at the Distribution Center. You will help protect assets, investigate incidents, and conduct audits while supporting Gatehouse operations and data entry.

The role requires lifting security duties, monitoring CCTV as needed, and participating in the DC Safety Committee. Availability for Thursdays and potential additional night shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and/or previous DC, law enforcement, or store LP experience.
• Certification in the use of power equipment to aid in investigations.
• Auditing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access/PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the protection of Kohl’s physical, human and property assets.
• Monitor Kohl’s security policies and DC procedures.
• Report incidents of associate theft or safety violations.
• Participate in internal theft investigations per Kohl’s policies.
• Monitor safety policies and participate in the DC Safety Committee.
• Perform Loss Prevention audits to measure accuracy.
• Report production fraud or shortcuts by associates.
• Monitor associates to ensure processing guideline compliance.
• Enter audit results and Gatehouse data.
• Assist in store inquiries and train new LP associates.
