Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations, preferably in USDA-regulated facility.
• Experience coordinating shipments and inventory transactions; forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound trucks daily and coordinate shipments.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders aligned with production and transportation schedules.
• Check in drivers and assist with receiving activities; communicate changes to customers and carriers.
• Coordinate outbound FedEx/UPS shipments and intercompany shuttles.
• Ensure accurate documentation for Salm product shipments to external warehouses.
• Resolve discrepancies with Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, and suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with safety, SQF, GMP, and USDA requirements.
