Job summary

Pennex is hiring for a Loader - 2nd shift at our Wellsville, PA location. The role loads and moves materials, using cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and the combi, ensuring a steady flow of products for deliveries. Expect a fast-paced warehouse with focus on safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification. The position runs Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–12:30am, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Loading and/or unloading experience is preferred.
• Shipping/packing knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders or follows instructions to load or move materials.
• Loads and unloads materials using forklift to trailers or staging area.
• Stages materials for easy access to fulfill customer orders.
• Calculates weights/volumes to ensure loads fit safely and space is used efficiently.
• Loads materials and secures them for transport.
• Transfers materials to designated areas and coordinates storage methods.
• Operates crane, forklift or combi to move loads.
• Maintains accurate daily records of materials moved.
• Ensures truck space is optimized for customer orders.
