Job summary

Dove Recovery in Fort Collins is seeking a dedicated Therapist to provide clinical support for individuals recovering from chemical dependencies. Qualifications

• CDCA, QMHS, LSW, LCDC, LPC or equivalent licensure is required.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT.
• Commitment to client-first care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client’s mental and physical health and readiness for treatment.
• Develop and update personalized recovery plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Manage emergency situations for client safety.
• Educate family members on addiction support strategies.
• Plan client’s transition out of the facility.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records.
