Redwood-Family-Care-Network is seeking a Bemidji Lead Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental and medical needs in a home setting. The role involves implementing plans, promoting independence, and ensuring safety and dignity for clients.

You'll work evenings and weekends full-time, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an $18.25/hour rate, plus comprehensive benefits and professional training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training provided.
• Crisis intervention training provided.
• Works primarily in the program location, with occasional outdoor/community activities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills, personal care, meals, medication assistance, and community access.
• Document daily progress and follow support plans with confidential, teamwork-focused communication.
• Assist, counsel, and train clients to promote independence and safety; respond to client needs as required.
