Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training provided.
• Crisis intervention training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals, medication assistance, community access, social skills, housekeeping, safety and recreation.
• Follow support plans, document daily progress and use crisis-prevention strategies as trained.
• Demonstrate dependable communication, teamwork, problem-solving and confidentiality.
