Liberty Healthcare Management in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Laundry Assistant for the Woodlands Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. This part-time, evenings position involves replenishing linen, collecting soiled laundry, and performing washing, drying, ironing, and folding of residents' clothing.

Candidates should be a high school graduate, attend Environmental Services meetings, maintain neat appearance and hygiene, and follow all facility policies.

Formación

• High school graduate required.
• Attend Environmental Services Department meetings and in-services.
• Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Read, know, and follow personnel, department, and Facility policies.
• Work every other weekend with rest days off during the week.

Responsabilidades

• Replenishes linen closets and carts at appropriate times daily.
• Collects soiled personal laundry per schedule and transports to laundry area via covered hampers.
• Assures washing, drying, ironing, and folding of patient’s personal clothing.
• Assists with ensuring laundry services meet residents' needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
