Ideal candidates are 16+, comfortable with industrial laundry equipment, and available weekends. The team emphasizes guest experiences and a collaborative work environment in a scenic Wisconsin setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Comfortable operating and being around industrial-sized laundry machinery.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Able to work in a warm and sometimes loud environment.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to create meaningful guest experiences.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills and quick thinking.

Responsibilities

• Launder linens from multiple departments.
• Operate all laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort, inspect, and pre-treat linens.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Operate industrial iron with a coworker.
• Hand fold linens.
• Daily cleanup and organization of the Laundry Department.
• Cross-train in deep cleaning of rooms.
• Cross-train in night running (guest requests).
• All other duties as assigned by Laundry Manager or leadership.
