Main Street Terrace Care Center in Lancaster, OH, is seeking a dependable Part-Time Laundry Aide to keep resident clothing and facility linens clean and well organized. The role supports infection control procedures and requires reliability and the ability to work independently in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include washing, sorting, labeling, and distributing laundry and assisting with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work the scheduled Sunday through Thursday evening hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens
• Collect and sort soiled laundry following proper infection control procedures
• Ensure resident clothing is properly labeled and returned to the correct rooms
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry area
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow facility policies and infection control guidelines
• Assist with other housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
