Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Osceola is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to join our team. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents while being part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace.

This role offers Full-Time & Part-Time options with a shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and alternating weekends. Competitive pay and benefits for eligible employees are provided, along with opportunities for growth and meaningful daily contributions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room and storage area.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a safe work environment.
• Sort and process soiled linens and clothing according to established procedures.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment to clean and sanitize linens and clothing.
• Inspect clean linens and clothing for stains, tears, or other damage, and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Fold, stack, and distribute clean linens and clothing to designated areas within the facility.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of laundry tasks and support overall operations within the facility.
