Job summary

MGM Products, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Laser Operator in Henderson, NC. You will operate our CNC laser and handle cut-to-length and coil lines, lifting heavy sheets and ensuring safe, efficient production.

The role requires reading and following blueprints, maintaining quality, and meeting daily productivity targets with attention to detail and teamwork. 2nd shift runs Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to cut parts of sheet metal per blueprints/specs.
• Read prints/work orders to determine quantities, dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform periodic checks on output and verify conformance to specs.
• Use measuring instruments with high accuracy.
• Maintain productivity and produce quality parts, meet daily goals.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and cleaning to prevent downtime.
