The role involves designing standardized teaching plans and driving clinical improvements using real-time outcomes data. Evening FT shift with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• BLS Provider preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• STSAB L.E. The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program certification preferred.
• IBLCE lactation certification preferred.
• AAP Neonatal Resuscitation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based lactation care from birth through discharge.
• Educate families on breastfeeding techniques and lifelong health benefits.
• Serve as clinical lactation expert and mentor for staff nurses and physicians.
• Design standardized patient teaching plans for consistent education.
• Track feeding outcomes and refine care protocols using real-time data.
