Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Trial Solutions in Lenexa, KS seeks a Laboratory Technician to perform tests and analyses under supervision. Responsibilities include sample management, instrument operation, data entry into LIMS, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Evening/ weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in biological, physical, or chemical science or related fields with relevant coursework.
• Experience or coursework in biology, chemistry, and mathematics is required.
• 1 year of data entry experience preferred; clinical lab experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Examine samples for validity and required criteria.
• Perform sample preparation with precision and accuracy.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments per SOPs.
• Prepare reagents and materials for testing.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and reagents.
• Document troubleshooting and instrument maintenance activities.
• Adhere to processing timelines and quality standards.
• Enter data into LIMS and ensure accurate labeling.
• Store and manage samples for testing and retention.
• Collaborate with lab staff to complete daily tasks.
