• Prepare specimens for testing: verify sample type, volume, handling and storage conditions.
• Centrifuge, aliquot and label specimens and deliver to the appropriate laboratory department.
• Communicate professionally with phlebotomists, Lab Technicians, hospital staff and patients by phone and in person.
