Quest Diagnostics Roanoke is seeking a Lab Associate I to support laboratory operations during the Thursday to Sunday shift (6:00 PM–4:30 AM). The role involves preparing samples, labeling, processing, and assisting licensed personnel in pre-analytic and analytic tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize samples for testing.
• Label, handle, process, transport, and store specimens.
• Assist licensed personnel or supervisors in pre-analytic and analytic activities.
• Prepare reagents and maintain records of reagents or media.
• Maintain inventory of consumables and restock as needed.
• Perform data entry and support quality control procedures.
